Boating enthusiasts can enjoy unrestricted height restrictions and convenient boating access through the waterways of Martha Cove.

Land and Berth
The luxury of being able to moor your boat within site of your home is a huge feature of Martha Cove. Most land offered is available with the option of berth purchase. Plans for future stage include berths adjacent to property.

Berth only
Martha Cove Marina will look to accommodate up 400 secure wet berths. The berths in the Marina will be serviced with power and water with convenient fuel facilities. Sizes of these berths range in size from ten to eighteen metres (33 to 60 feet) in length.
