Stage 1 Site Plan

Displayed on this page is the Site Plan for Stage One Martha Cove. The sale Release of this stage closed 14th March 2003 with complete allocation of the 68 lots offered.

Land offered in the First Stage is considered prime position. The lots are positioned on the main waterway ensuring easy boating access and magnificent views. The successful planning of the Marine Drive Road Tunnel also ensures the front nine lots (18-26) have the luxury of unrestricted beach access and views looking directly into Port Phillip Bay.

Construction of earthworks has begun with a planned completion of stage 1 in early 2005.

The first stage encompasses the major structural work of the inland harbour. The construction of the Road tunnel and Breakwater will set the way for future stages.
